This is misleading IMO unless you redefine “aging” to something else… but even if you did, why compare with those other things? There’s no adjustment for confounding.

You can’t compare a 35 year old with hypertension and 65 year old without.

When you adjust for confounding aging is not the cause.

It’s those other factors over time. LDL-C, hypertension, smoking, obesity…

So call it “Cumulative risk factor exposure”… and what does this have to do with aging? Is it underfunded? Why compare it with its constituent parts without time?
