So I normally go to the gym every other day… for a day of recovery.
After increasing my repetitions the other day… and feeling fine, I went a second day in a row last night… continued the increased repetitions. No problem.
Woke up feeling great, no body aches… nothing. My muscles particularly my 
biceps and chest feeling very thick… solid… hmmmm… maybe it is helping the muscles.
I am feeling fantastic… it’s suppose to clear senescent cells which cause arthritis. So maybe getting some of that benefit first.
Doing two days in a row of increased repetitions and not feeling it… we might be on to something.
You can have muscles , but the density and hardness of youth can be squishy in old age. My muscles are feeling pretty thick… solid right now.
Let’s see in a month.
Plan on increasing the weight load in a few weeks. Taking my next dose with breakfast.

The cheapest I could find was $110 plus shipping for a bottle of 60, 150mg (got 5-6 quotes from different people). the cheap prices that appear in Indiamart are not real it seems. Maulik said he doesn’t have it. bought it elsewhere.
Btw, I’ve been taking it for over a month now (37.5mg daily) and I have come to the conclusion that it definitely helps with muscle strength and stamina. I find it much harder to get tired now doing physical work or working out, even though I only do 2-3 days at the gym per week. The only negative that I can see I have acid reflex, but it might come from other things I do such the GLP1’s and SGLTi2’s and lipid lowering pills. I tend to think it might have gotten a bit worse after I started it even though I did have the condition even before starting Maraviroc.

I’ve been using Maraviroc for about a month and just had labs done. Two of my liver markers were significantly elevated from past tests. Just slightly out of range but averaging double of what they have been over the past few years. AST is 41 (range 13-39) and ALT is 53 (range 7-52). AI confirmed that this is a potential side effect of Maraviroc. I have been taking 37.5 mg every other day.

These sound like important tests. Has anyone else on this drug taken ALT/AST tests and noticed big changes yet?
My bodyweight strength metrics are solid (can deadlift 2x my weight and easily dead-hang for 2+ minutes) but I don’t have a lot of muscle mass and would like to add more.
Do we have a loose consensus on an ideal age to start taking this drug? Currently I am extremely lean despite lifting 3x a week (long distance runner physique with a BMI of 20). Hoping to add some more muscle mass in 2026. Taking in 1.6g of protein per kg of bodyweight and eating a a surplus of about 200kcal to my TDEE currently.

Heading to Japan this week for 10 days… for university work. But, sure once back. I can show stuff on here… @RapAdmin has let me load vids in the past.
Pretty typical machines at any decent gym would have… pec deck, lat pull-down, etc. TBH feel great… but a bit oblivious to where I stack up physique-wise. Told I look like a gym bro…

I got it easily and right away from Laxminarayan, but $140/bottle. I’m a terrible shopper and never argue with anybody. If I’m happy with the product I’ll work it a little better next time.

I think you mean 30-40%, 140vs cheapest I got 110-115. Even at $140 doesn’t seem too bad. Most quotes I got were in 150-180 range, except a couple.
