We are ready on our end. This compound as it is currently developed is not water soluble and I’ve tried a number of things to “help” in that area, I’ve decided that we will move ahead with the compound “as is” mixed into distilled water. It will require the “shake before using” label.
We have seen some interesting results in our only gym rat tester. Dosing 500mcg before every workout with a total of 3 to 4 doses per day.
We (the Boss and I) have been using it for 2 weeks now at 1,000 to 1,500 mcg per day. divided into 1 to 3 doses per day (I’m doing 1x 1,500mcg dose per day). No issues in this limited group and that seems to be the norm from all the Bro reports.

25 units in a syringe if you want to be super accurate for oral use.
I’ve actually got some of this and I’ve been taking it semi-regularly for a while. I noticed I was leaner without having changed around my exercise routine or paid any particular attention to portion sizes. But my diet is pretty immaculate, I exercise 5x a week, I’m on TRT and GLP1 so there is that. But I was doing those things beforehand.
I’m pretty confident it makes a difference in burning fat, and gives a little boost of energy.
My concern is what we don’t know about it, so I don’t take it daily. 4x days a week at most. 200-400mcg, typically 200mcg.
In addition to @Bicep observation, we have had a few local anecdotal reports on our little eval.

They all have reported the same thing after a couple weeks of 500mcg x 3 daily doses
Increased sexual performance.
2 of the “reports” came from the men, one came from a wife. She asked that we not provide anymore to her husband LoL!
Unfortunately I am not experiencing this result probably an age thing as I’m 20+ years older than those 3.
We do have 2 other reports locally regarding improved performance in the gym, with both increased 1RM’s and cardio endurance.
I have experienced an increase in work endurance as well.
My sarcopenia concern with respect to losing muscle mass with age seems to be less of a concern as my muscle tone, size and strength has not changed since I stopped working out in October 2024.
Now I just need to renew my motivation to get back at the cardio and resistance work to see if there is an additive effect.
The offer for free SLU-PP-332 still stands for anyone willing to provide feedback pro or con. I’d really like to hear about any downsides.
So I’ve been taking the SLU-PP for a week or so now. Day one I felt a huge increase in energy. Not that I feel low energy in general, but the increase was noticeable. This was after taking just one 500 mcg dose. Since then I haven’t noticed this energy increase or if I did , it was less pronounced. I have only been taking generally, 2 doses of 500 mcg per day. Have been concerned about taking it too close to bedtime in case it might affect sleep. Wondering what you schedule is for the doses.

I lost six seconds in the last year and a half, and have been trying, without success, to claw them back. But today, after a week of sloop, I regained three of those lost seconds.
I did have thermal reaction tonight, a brief spike in temperature, about an hour after ingesting. I almost passed out in the grocery store. But then I had a cooling drink, which helped.
In my case, I think the sloop interacted with another medication, one I don’t usually take but one that is known to raise body temperature, which is counterproductive to having a good workout in the summer. Prior to this evening, I had used sloop six or seven times with no ill effects. On the contrary, I always had a positive experience.
That is possible. It’s a relatively new molecule so we don’t know all interactions. Overall I’m a big fan of SLU-PP-332 though. I think it has contributed to me losing body fat.
In keeping with Alex Kikel’s recommendations, I have dialed down the dose from 1500 mg to 500 mg/day, which still may be too high. He suggests 300 mg/day for five days a week and then a switch to MOTS-c on weekends.
As far as I can tell, it has no negative side effects. It may have initially disrupted my sleep, but my sleep is erratic anyway, so it’s hard to tell.
I don’t always push myself to the max, and I don’t always time myself when I do. Often when I time myself, I’m having one of my slow days, which can be dispiriting. Sometimes, though, the stars align in the form of music, mood, weather, and THC. The results are still preliminary, but I would add sloop to the mix as the fifth element.
I’ve completed 10 consecutive nights with a 500mcg dose.
My current problem is that I’m not able to properly evaluate if there is a negative effect on my sleep as I’ve got a sciatic problem (7 days in) and the pain wakes me up around 3am now. So my sleep is significantly disturbed. I am able to get back to sleep in about an hour but I do get up at 6:30 so missing the good part of sleep.
Fortunately?? during the day it’s pretty good and I am not hindered nor in any significant pain, only when I lie down LoL!
Doing lots of things to address this, laser therapy, ultra sound, mild stretching, yard work, work work, etc.
I’m surprised that your sciatica is beyond the reach of peptides. I didn’t have sciatica, but I did have an extruded disk and a torn labrum, which responded very well to peptides and McKenzie exercises.
