Been diving into the peptide literature lately, specifically around tissue repair and metabolic health. There’s a lot of hype out there, but a few compounds seem to have legit data behind them — BPC-157, TB-500, and some of the newer mitochondrial peptides.
I’m not a doctor, just someone who reads a lot of research papers and tests things carefully.
Curious if anyone here has experience with these in the context of recovery or general health maintenance. Also happy to share what I’ve found if anyone’s interested.
Not selling anything — just looking for real data and real experiences.

Giant thread on peptides will be useful: Peptides / Bioregulators
You can also search individual peptide names to see what comes up. Like you observed, there is no reliable data on most peptides being sold “for research purposes”.

First Human Trial Launches for Cellular Rejuvenation Therapy
A landmark human clinical trial has begun to assess the safety and therapeutic potential of cellular rejuvenation technologies, signaling a pivotal advance in translational longevity research. This trial represents the first time cellular reprogramming interventions are being systematically evaluated in human subjects for their capacity to reverse age-associated cellular decline.
Key Points:
- The trial utilizes partial cellular reprogramming techniques, targeting epigenetic markers to restore youthful gene expression profiles in somatic cells.
- Initial cohort includes adult participants with early-stage age-related conditions, with endpoints measuring molecular biomarkers, functional outcomes, and adverse events.
- The study is designed as a multi-phase, placebo-controlled investigation, integrating longitudinal omics analyses and advanced imaging to monitor cellular and tissue-level changes.
Why It Matters: This trial could establish a clinical foundation for interventions that delay or reverse human aging, transforming therapeutic strategies for age-related diseases.
