Oddway is now including the following message in their responses to orders: “However, to process your order for the USA, a valid prescription is required for USA shipments by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) as per their new regulations and must be included inside the parcel.
Therefore, we request you to kindly provide a valid prescription so that we can process your order”
You probably want to read towards the bottom of these two threads as there is a lot of discussion on the topic, including what various vendors are doing. But to answer your question, there are vendors not requiring an rx… what happens after 10/22 is currently not clear.
