Buy Rapamycin Online - List of Reliable Pharmacies

I always run my responses through the big 3 LLMs (ChattGPT, Grok, Gemini) and usually one of them will give me what I want, lol.

FYI I have used Apple Pharmeceuticals several times and have been satisfied with the shipments. However when I tried to order just now, Wise would no longer do payments to them. Apple asked that I send money to a personal email and call it “friends and family”

I felt kinda of weird about it and am considering other options.

Massive mail pause due to tariff confusion

Wise has been changing their interface. Make sure you contact the vendor for up-to-date payment info.

FWIW:
My latest order from India was received yesterday. No delays, no tariffs.
Mailed Aug 6, received Aug 21.

Same here. I got all my four big orders in - well under the 08/29/25 deadline:

I sent the money on Aug 7 and received my parcel on Aug 21. No problems and the price was great. Laxminarayan. And I used Wise.

I had orders ship from 2 different vendors on 8/5 and both are showing to still be in customs.

My last orders, earlier this year, took 2 weeks door to door.

I think part of the delay (which is not really a delay) is due to the India Post computer fiasco.

I’ve ordered twice from Kunal at Safe Overseas and was pleased with the pricing for sirolimus, the delivery process and timing, and generally the smoothness of the entire process.
Today I received an email from Safe Overseas stating that Kunal and Anil Mulchandani are no longer associated with Safe Overseas, and that I shouldn’t reply to any potential emails from either of them.
The email appears to have been sent from account “safeoverseas22@gmail.com”, but I guess I can’t be certain whether it was actually sent by the company.
It’s too bad, as I was well-served by Kunal during both of my orders (latest was March 2025).
Does anyone have further insight as to what’s going on with Safe Overseas?

I don’t know the situation with your recent experience, but I have dealt with Kunal and Safe Overseas. I bought a LOT from there - many orders since Sept. of 2024 - and I have had frequent problems (which I can document). Ultimately, at one point I questioned the pricing on an order and Kunal responded very poorly and defensively. In the end it was too much. I will never do business with them again. YMMV. There are a ton of vendors in India and there is no reason to put up with poor attitudes, poor customer service and nonsense drama. I cannot recommend them (the same goes for Forveda - bad attitudes when asking simple questions). YMMV.

I have found that Maulik has excellent customer service and competitive pricing. I’ve been using him since @desertshores recommended him. My problem is with customs and the FDA. I wish I could find another vendor to replace them!

Has anyone here recently bought everolimus, if so what are the quotes like especially from India? Compared to the usual 6.5-7usd for 10 tablets of sirolimus from india

Was thinking of trialling everolimus but from the prices ive seen so far it doesnt seem worth it as rapamycin is so much cheaper

Here is the last quote I got, about 10 months ago. I did end up getting some (not sure where I purchased from off the top of my head). It’s a good deal, and easier to ship, because there are 10mg tablets (vs. only 1mg typically for rapamycin). It’s not 1:1 though. I think a 10mg Everolimus tablet is something like 7 or 8mg equivalent dose in rapamycin. I would go with the more expensive product, made by a known, large Indian Pharma company.

Anyone know if this is legit and you can indeed get real Paxlovid from Indiamart? Would be great to stock up in advance of a future COVID infection.

Similar to the quotes I got recently, I think I am better off just increasing rapamycin dose than switching over. The main reason I wanted to switch was to get more of it into brain (for cfs), but a larger dose of rapamycin might offset the difference anyways. With rapamycin it is easier to boost as well (high fat and such) but with everolimus I dont think the same boosters work

Everolimus is impacted by the same CYP3A4 enzyme so you’d see the same benefit in bioavailability.

From ChatGPT:

Yes — everolimus is metabolized by CYP3A4 (and transported by P-glycoprotein), so grapefruit juice has the same kind of interaction risk that is well described for rapamycin (sirolimus):

  • Metabolism pathway: Both rapamycin and everolimus are mTOR inhibitors extensively metabolized by CYP3A4 in the liver and gut wall and are substrates for P-glycoprotein efflux.

  • Effect of grapefruit juice: Grapefruit juice inhibits intestinal CYP3A4 and P-glycoprotein, which increases oral bioavailability and systemic exposure. For everolimus, pharmacokinetic studies show grapefruit juice can raise plasma concentrations significantly (sometimes 2- to 4-fold increases in AUC), very similar to sirolimus.

  • Clinical guidance: The FDA label for everolimus (Afinitor, Zortress) explicitly instructs patients to avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice because of the risk of elevated drug levels, leading to increased toxicity (e.g., mucositis, cytopenias, infections). The same is true for rapamycin labels.

  • Magnitude & variability: The degree of increase depends on the individual’s CYP3A4 activity and the amount/type of grapefruit consumed, but in both cases the interaction is clinically significant and unpredictable, which is why avoidance is strongly recommended.

:white_check_mark: Bottom line:
Everolimus is indeed affected by grapefruit juice through CYP3A4 inhibition and P-gp interactions, just like rapamycin. Patients are advised to avoid grapefruit products to prevent dangerously high blood concentrations.

If you’re buying the version of the drug manufactured by a reputable Pharma company (e.g. Pfizer, or the list here Generally Good Indian Pharma Companies

the answer is probably yes. But right now all shipments have been halted from India due to the tariff war, so we’ll have to see if / when things open up again.
