Sorry, I didn’t mean to be short, I was asking for what I thought would be most helpful. Usually my problem is being too wordy in my posts, so I’m trying to curb that. Maybe I failed in the opposite direction.
The difficulty is with higher content pills above the standard 1 mg. It’s possible to get higher, but it’s more unusual and harder to obtain. There are basically two good brands readily available from India, Rapacan by Eris (formerly Biocon), and Siromus by Zydus. Siroboon can come in various sizes, so if you ask for a certain size, the vendor will simply perform a search, see that Siroboon has it and order that. That’s as far as their process goes. They do no vetting of brands, they’re just a middleman.
That’s what’s likely happened with your vendor. Is it reasonable to expect them to be on top of the reputation and effectiveness of every brand out there? That’s tough with thousands and thousands of meds. These vendors are usually small businesses who don’t have the resources to vet meds. They work off of simple internet searches and databases of suppliers, and that’s pretty much it. I’m not defending your vendor - I have zero experience with them, I’m just providing some context.
With these small vendors, reliability comes down to other factors than how good/bad are the original meds (most of the time they’re not equipped to judge that). How responsive are they? How long does it take for them to answer questions. How accurate are they in the information. How easy is it to pay them. How fast do they ship. Do they ship the right meds in the right quantity and with good expiration dates. Do they document the shipping with photos and tracking number. Will they replace lost shipments. And very key: will they send the brand you requested. I had to drop a vendor (Forveda) because he became offended when I requested a different brand. Customer service is key. Jagdish has passed all these tests (in my experience with multiple shipments) with flying colors. He’s not the very cheapest, but I pay gladly for good service. His biggest limitation in my experience is that he doesn’t carry some medications or can’t export some brands.
Keep reading these threads, there’s a ton of good info here. It’s long and can get confusing… because as I said before, these Indian vendors are frequently great, until they are not, and it’s time to switch. I’ve had to do this more than once (dropped Forveda and dropped Safe Overseas). Stay safe, and keep asking questions, it’s the only way we can all benefit in this community.
I’ve just gotten done speaking with Shivansh. I gave them a little test and asked them which brands they carried. They said they tell everyone about siroboon and recommend Eris. They did this without any prompting from me. I feel much more comfortable with this behavior. GP did not warn me. Did not make any other recommendations. Didn’t talk about reliability or quality issues. The other medications I asked after with Shiv all had specific brand recommendation and quality reports from their clientele. Obviously, I haven’t received products from them yet, but I already feel inclined to recommend them over GP.
I’m not sure how your response is in anyway helpful. This thread has almost 1500 posts and it and takes an estimated 3 1/2 hours to read.
A lot of you responding with additional rudeness and condescension, are core members here, who spend a lot of time on this website. Who have accounts. But there are thousands of people who visit this site and are not seeking to be part of the core community or take 3 1/2 hours to read 1500 replies in this thread, for information we didn’t even know we needed.
For those people it would be helpful to have this information about brands at the top. If you tell me a pharmacy is reliable, I’m going to believe that their products are reliable. It takes two seconds to say these are reliable pharmacies if you get a reliable brand from them. Not every brand is reliable. Asking me to comb over 1500 replies for Information I didn’t even know I needed to look into is delusional.
That we are even continuing this conversation under this thread, so more people will have to read through this bullshit to find the information they need, that they might not even know they need, sucks. I’m grateful that this website exists, but it is NOT easy to navigate - and I found this website 5 years ago.
Speaking personally I was not impressed when you yourself were rude to @CronosTempi who had put some effort into resolving your issue. You have a very aggressive approach and I suggest that you temper your aggression if you wish people who are not under any duty to help you spend their time trying to assist you. You will simply find that people don’t bother to try to help if you continue in this vein.
To save new members and browsers a little time. I asked ChatGPT 5 (paid). Perplexity (free)
Of course, this is not to say that there are not other reliable and worthy suppliers; this is just a response to this query. And again, some of it is just opinion.
I wasn’t overly impressed with the response. Perhaps I could have worded the query a little differently? But from my personal experience, I agree with the results.
"This thread is about reliable online suppliers of rapamycin. Please, make a list of suppliers, both pharmacies and individuals mentioned in this thread, that are:
In addition, I’d just like to add that I don’t think your expectations of a pharmaceutical vendor in India is a reasonable one to have. You can choose to work with anyone you wish, but to call them out publicly because they didn’t hold your hand through a purchase is not fair.
Amazon and CVS and Nordstroms are all great vendors, but I don’t have to additionally announce that they are only great when you buy a product that is high quality. They ALL sell products that don’t live up to their claims.
They are just offering things that people might want to buy. They don’t say, hey, are you sure you want to buy that mascara that says it won’t smear because we know they are lying and it will be all over your face by noon.
You can certainly choose a store or vendor that is more helpful but I would not come here and call out nordstroms for being unreliable because my mascara sucks.
It’s not the job of this website to have things sorted for you to make it easier, but I understand the desire and in a perfect world that would be really great. Suggestions in the spirit of helpful are always welcomed. There are no ads and nothing is being sold, so just the fact that this exists is a gift.
In the future, just pop on and ask the question if you can’t find it easily and most people here are very helpful and will happily give of their time to chime in and help you.
And please note, @CronosTempi is one of the most generous people on here with his time and he has personally helped me countless times.
FYI I have used Apple Pharmeceuticals several times and have been satisfied with the shipments. However when I tried to order just now, Wise would no longer do payments to them. Apple asked that I send money to a personal email and call it “friends and family”
I felt kinda of weird about it and am considering other options.
I’ve ordered twice from Kunal at Safe Overseas and was pleased with the pricing for sirolimus, the delivery process and timing, and generally the smoothness of the entire process.
Today I received an email from Safe Overseas stating that Kunal and Anil Mulchandani are no longer associated with Safe Overseas, and that I shouldn’t reply to any potential emails from either of them.
The email appears to have been sent from account “safeoverseas22@gmail.com”, but I guess I can’t be certain whether it was actually sent by the company.
It’s too bad, as I was well-served by Kunal during both of my orders (latest was March 2025).
Does anyone have further insight as to what’s going on with Safe Overseas?
I don’t know the situation with your recent experience, but I have dealt with Kunal and Safe Overseas. I bought a LOT from there - many orders since Sept. of 2024 - and I have had frequent problems (which I can document). Ultimately, at one point I questioned the pricing on an order and Kunal responded very poorly and defensively. In the end it was too much. I will never do business with them again. YMMV. There are a ton of vendors in India and there is no reason to put up with poor attitudes, poor customer service and nonsense drama. I cannot recommend them (the same goes for Forveda - bad attitudes when asking simple questions). YMMV.
