Added 2ml of bacteriostatic water to BPC and 2ml of bacteriostatic water to TB
Took about 10u of BPC and 70u of TB, along side GHK-Cu, 2 days per week, for about a total of 6 shots (2 tb500 vials)
I have tendonites in both shoulder and I sprained my ankle Nov 1st. My decision to take the peptides was because i thought the ankle should be fine after 4 week; so i started the peptides protocol around 7weeks after Nov 1st.
I donât think it is something you are doing wrong, but it is the fact that these peptides (most of them like 95%) are simply snake oil. People taking them are mostly very active people who exercise regularly and their bodies systems are in top notch shape and all of the sudden they think that theyâre getting benefits from the peps theyâre taking. I have tried probably every peptide that is out there with absolutely ZERO effects except GLP1âs, HGH (if you call them peptides) and PT141. The rest 100% snake oil. Same as you I did BPC-157 5mg vial and a TB500 in different doses for a pretty long time 3-5 months for a knee injury and I had absolutely no positive effect from them. Tried HGH and it did help a lot (unless the knee decided to heal by itself and it coincided with me starting HGH LOL).
Iâm an early adopter in general and have a very high-risk tolerance by nature and usually would try anything, so Iâm always tempted to try the next peptide that I read somewhere on news article how great it is, but so far (last 12 months) have been able to refrain from wasting my money. So, next time you read a story (or hear someone say) how amazing a peptide is for your health, just resist the urge and save yourself some change. I know there is even people in these forums that swear by them but honestly, I think theyâre mistaken. They simply are in their top shape of their life as result of other thing they take and do, and their lifestyle choices they make, and they just dedicate that to the peptides. It seems like something cool to do and talk to your gym broâs about, or with your friends at a party. Total bogus IMO. I expect within a year, or two the pepâs mania/craze will die out, and their claimed benefits will be debunked.
I have posted this elsewhere on the site but l have tried multiple companies tb500 and bpc157(not recently) and l have noticed no physical injury improvement. I think bpc has potentially helped gastrointestinal issues but that could have been in my head as well. Not saying it doesnât help others just apparently not me.
Honestly couldnât pinpoint exactly what was wrong with my knee other than had a little swelling and it hurt, plus lost about 20-30% of strength on it. Must have injured it somehow and was not getting better easily, sort of kept lingering for couple years. When I started HGH (after maybe couple weeks on or so) It started to heal and it is now almost 100% (more like 95%) healed. I didnât do any other specific thing for it, other than as I said I tried a few peptides which had no effect. I did notice that LDN would lessen the pain and the swelling when taken but I think it was more like the effect youâd get from taking an Advil (much more effective than Advil though) and the symptoms would creep back up again when/if I stopped the LDN, so I kind of think that LDN may not have helped much in fixing/healing it permanently while pretty helpful temporarily.
I do though still take LDN almost daily (4-5 a week). In other words, Iâm not totally discounting LDNâs help in playing a part in the healing process. So maybe you want to start with these two and hopefully theyâll help. With the HGH i started with 1IU five days a week and titrated to 5 IUâs (the higher dose seems to be most responsive IMO) and just did 4.5 LDN straight up, no titrating as those were only pills I got but I donât think you need to start any lower than 4.5mg since Naltrexone is taken in doses much higher (50-150mgs) for addiction purposes, so 4.5mgs is a microdose to start with. Good luck.
I had a minor shoulder surgery last summer to clean out some arthritis and I was doing pull-ups again within four weeks after surgery while using BPC157 and TB500. I was also doing other things to heal faster so I mightâve healed just as quickly without them but four weeks seems pretty quick.
but yes, i guess most of people do a other things to heal as quick as possible, and its very difficult to know if the peptides actually make a difference
BPC157 and TB500 might exasperate blood vessel formation. I noted this to a reddit user yesterday who asked why he was starting to have moles appear. I responded by asking if those werenât really cherry angiomas due to upregulation of blood vessel formation from those two compounds. I pointed out that eruptive cherry angioma and their sudden appearance were correlated to melanoma. Itâs something for us all to think about.
GHK-Cu Iâm not so worried about, but why would one use this for a bad ankle or shoulder tendonitis, idk.
There are other peptides and bioregulators, such as Cartalax, that could help, but you need to do more research instead of just trying things that are current fads. YOu may want to look into using KPV as well, as this is a NFkB inhibitor which would give a chance for you to heal.
Also, regarding your shoulder tendonitis, are you sure thatâs what it is? I struggled a long time with shoulder pain and now use tension bands to strengthen, but Ive come to realize that much of the pain is due to my cervical spine and its compression. Maybe get that checked out first. I use a neck stretcher nowadays to help recover the natural curve in my neck (instead of developing a military neck). Newer âhydrafilâ treatments have hit Europe, might be what is the next course of action.
Iâve also had shoulder âcleanupâ surgery. I donât recommend this. It made my connective tissue weaker I feel. Good luck with it.
I used them in the past to deal with some nagging pain but it seemed like they worked better this time (although I was also taking HGH, eating well, still training around the injury, cardio, physical therapy, etc). I think they probably work or donât work depending on what it is youâre trying to heal from. I think the same as probably true of PRP and stem cells. The animal data is pretty promising and there is a human study or two, but obviously there needs to be more.
I also think TB500 has potential when it comes to cardiovascular issues based on very limited data
I tried KPV for my knee injury but didnât do anything for me. I might be a non-responder or peps may be overrated. I still have plenty left in my fridge and if people feel or know peps are working for them, Iâd be more than happy to part ways with all my stash whatever is left. Iâll only ask 40% of going rate plus shipping cost ($5-$7 USPS). All mine are from QSC and NEXAPH.
I really wish I had the power of foresight instead of hindsight. I have 3 kpv kits otw from china. The ONE thing that I would have not ordered is retatrutide since it did raise my HR to ~ 80. Tirzepatide would have been a better choice, but yea, 3 kits $$$. I wish Iâda posted earlier and maybe I would have purchased your kit. Good luck with it, Iâm sure someone will buy it.
tbh, I sold my full KLOW kit yesterday for $250 (CAD). If I did it, so can you.
If for whatever reason someone is convinced that peps work (for them) and they are looking to buy in near future then why pay 100%, I can sell mine for 40%, since I probably wonât use them. Have about 10-15 of most popular ones, with most of them having used 1-3 vials (7-9 still left).
I actually happen to have 9 vials of my KLOW kit still and many others (as I said). Donât care for the money I already spent since the way I look at trying a new substance (being a pep or a new drug) is usually money down the drain and if I get something from it I consider it a plus if not, I didnât lose anything because my expectation was that Iâm wasting that money anyways. But, if I were to say buy again a substance (after I already tried it and found it is not doing anything for me) for whatever reason, then spending that money hurts like hell LOL. I call that stupidity and out of about 20 or so I bought only one was a result of stupidity (I convinced myself that maybe it was a bad batch, and tried a different supplier with zero effects again lol)
you know though, you could have got scammed. I paid $300 USD + more for shipping to test the reta, came out 99.8% and 40mg, not 30mg, but it doesnât mean that every vial out there is trustworthy. So expensive to test, and having assurances from previous testing helps, but yea.
The research is clear: KPV turns off NFkB without affecting the rest of your immunity.
This kind of treatment could slow down disc degeneration, protect you from many cancers, and potentially assist healing, but ⌠when inflammation is completely controlled, the repair system doesnât function. Similarly, using too many anti-oxidants will blunt the repair system. I suppose no pain no gain is a real thing.
How much were you dosing btw?
