Tirbanibulin vs. Rapamycin Cream vs. Laser?

Tirbanibulin (Klisyri) is used for actinic keratoses, but has the side-effect of improved skin appearance. A 5-day treatment usually shows results around 5 weeks later. Rapamycin cream (discussed ad infinitum) is also used to improve skin appearance, but requires quite a few steps to prepare and takes I don’t know how long to show effect. And, of course, there is laser treatment for skin improvement which can be expensive and takes time for healing. Tirbanibulin, though not cheap, seems to be a quicker way and cheaper way (all things considered) to achieve good results in a reasonable amount of time without much in the way of bad side effects.

Specifically, has anyone used tirbanibulin (Klisyri)? If so, how long did it take to see results and what do you think of the results? And, of course, if you’ve used Rapamycin cream or laser treatment the same questions apply.

By enlarging the photos below I see a clear difference from Day 1 to Day 29 using Klisyri. It’s not dramatic, but the skin is noticeable clearer.

I would recommend adapalene over rapamycin cream. I see better results, though perhaps best if you combine them
