The Problem of Excess Deaths

That’s acute myocarditis.

Long term follow up of suspected myocarditis cases

all patients aged 20–79 who were hospitalized for clinically suspected acute myocarditis without underlying cardiac diseases from 2006 to 2018.

The argument is
a) Whether there is a mild form of myocarditis - I think there is.
b) Whether people who have the mild form don’t suffer that much from an increase in mortalilty - I would agree with that as well.

My view which is not based upon rigorous reading up (scholarship) is that there is some myocarditis caused by one or more vaccines, but the increase in excess deaths is probably as a result of long covid at least in a substantial part. I don’t think the vaccines are a big part of that (they may be a small part).

However, I don’t want to spend a lot of time dwelling on this. I was never a great fan of the non pharmacological interventions and I was quite happy to have the vaccination myself and one or two boosters. However, I think I have had enough (I did have the disease I think at least twice as well) and don’t intend having any more vaccine for this.

As a showed earlier long covid doesn’t even exist and having long covid is associated with a belief in having had covid regardless on whether or not people actually had covid.

I have a hard time understanding some psychosomatic and psychosocial explanations for somatic diseases. This since they historically have been used as a sole explanation to somatic diseases, until biological explanations have been exposed to the public. For example, some therapists saw whiplash injuries and the related problems as a psychosomatic syndrome until they, through autopsies, found remains of microtraumas to soft tissues in the neck of the victims of car accidents. Not to forget those who explained the cause of attention deficit disorders, Asperger syndrome and schizophrenia in children as being caused by psychosocial factors with in the family system (bad parenting).

I don’t see any strong rational arguments that post-covid should be caused by psychogenic factors. Especially when otherwise healthy and happy unvaccinated children gets long covid. To me, it is more fruitful to look for biological explanations. If the explanations are viruses or vaccinations against viruses, that is irrelevant to me. The vaccination for swine flue caused, in rare cases, narcolepsy.

Certain viruses can for sure cause neuropsychiatric diseases through viral infections of the central nervous system and lead to a range of neuropsychiatric symptoms and disorders. Some examples of viruses associated with neuropsychiatric diseases include.

  • Herpes Simplex Virus that can cause a condition known as herpes encephalitis, which is characterized by inflammation of the brain. This infection can lead to various neuropsychiatric symptoms, including confusion, altered consciousness, hallucinations, and personality changes.

  • Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) can affect the CNS, leading to a spectrum of neuropsychiatric complications collectively referred to as HIV-associated neurocognitive disorders (HAND). These disorders can range from mild cognitive impairment to severe dementia.

  • Influenza Virus have been associated with an increased risk of neuropsychiatric symptoms, particularly in severe cases. Some individuals may experience delirium, psychosis, or mood disturbances during/or after an influenza infection.

  • Zika virus infection during pregnancy can lead to congenital Zika syndrome in infants, which includes neurological and neuropsychiatric problems, such as microcephaly, developmental delays, and behavioral issues.

With all this knowledge about how viruses can cause neuropsychiatric diseases, I think a biological understanding of its processes, is the most likely way to understand and research what triggers and maintain long covid. The next most likely explanation would be the vaccination, (but then again, unvaccinated persons get long covid to). The assumption that long covid is a psychosomatic disease does not seem fruitful at all to me.

Dutch cyclist Robbert de Greef has died three weeks after suffering a heart attack, his team have announced.
The 27-year-old was on the first cobblestone sector of the Omloop van de Braakman when he suffered a cardiac arrest, being given CPR “for hours” before being taken to hospital in Antwerp and placed in a medically induced coma for 48 hours. The rider then spent the next three weeks in critical condition before passing away on the night of Thursday April 25 after suffering a brain haemorrhage.
His UCI Continental team, Alecto, made the announcement of his passing on Friday morning, saying: “Unfortunately we have to confirm with great sorrow that Robbert died last night due to complications after his cardiac arrest. Thanks for everything Robbert, we will never forget you.”

The vaccine is causing myocarditis even in the past. Someone needs to arrest Pfizer and make them spit out the secrets to bending space and time.

I posted the study earlier only people who believe they got covid get long covid, even if they didn’t get covid. People that got covid but don’t believe the had don’t get long covid (they do get anosmia however)

The medical profession, for many years, thought statin intolerance was psychosomatic. They have changed their minds since and I can personally attest that it is a real effect.

Don’t be so quick to invalidate 100,000s of individuals and their conditions. It’s just too prevalent and crippling to be psychosomatic.

Can you link a source where this was claimed by professionals? The initial clinical trials for statins did show a slightly higher incidence in the statin group compared to the place group after all which would not be psychosomatic.

You don’t have to look very long to find a reference to statin related myopathy as psychosomatic. Here’s one.

Personally, I had it really bad. It’s the worst I’ve felt in my life. I can’t believe it’s psychosomatic. It took about a month to fully clear up.

In an editorial accompanying the study, Steven Nissen, MD (Cleveland Clinic, OH), observes that muscle-related statin intolerance remains a controversial topic. Some clinical researchers argue that intolerance is rare and mostly in a patient’s head while others contend it is a legitimate problem affecting as many as 20% of statin-treated patients, notes Nissen.

The way I read this is that the nocebo effect is rampant among statin users but there is still a small minority who experience real side effects when compared to placebo that can’t be attributed to their imagination.

I read an article that said for many years after the development of statins, doctors thought it was all psychosomatic. However it is now so prevalent that it is no longer classified as such.

Although some doctors still believe it is a psychosis. It’s hard to convince everyone.

Oncologist: I’ve Never Seen Cancers Behaving Like This

Young people, in their 20s, 30s, and 40s, are developing aggressive and rapidly-growing “turbo cancers.”

Dr. William Makis, who has diagnosed 20,000 cancer patients in his career, says, “I’ve never seen anything like this.”

“I’ve never seen stage four breast cancers presenting in women in their 20s. I’ve never seen stage four colon cancers presenting in men and women in their 20s [and] 30s. Leukemias that will kill you in a matter of days or even hours after diagnosis.”

And ‘Friends’ Mathew Perry, a vax proponent died suddenly this week…

OK guys, I think you’ve beaten this discussion to death. I don’t think too many people are being swayed one way or another. I’m going to close the thread soon.
