Yes. Itās normal. You only need to worry about the USA side IMHO.
There is no such thing as āfreeā, someone must be paying dearly LOL. Kinda of ridiculous they allow free labs weekly unless for people in a hospital in which case would be at docās recommendation. Monthly should be the most allowed and quarterly should suffice for 99% of people (unless is specifically ordered by a doc). Goes on to show how irresponsible our government officials are with our taxes/dollars.
