Rapamycin reduces benefits of exercise in new study?

I got this in an email yesterday from Donotage.org.

"So they took 40 people that did not exercise, aged 65-85, and gave half the drug and a placebo, and made them do exercise.

Both groups improved (expected when exercising) but the placebo group improved more.

6 minute walking test, grip strength and chair-stand reps - all 3 physical tests showed better performance in the placebo group.
Also, the rapamycin group had around 100 side effect events, compared to only 63 in placebo group."

I posted a completely unbiased analysis. It takes a lot of courage to post negative feedback on a biohacking forum, you should go take a look.
