I welcome hearing from anyone who has found benefits from fatigue by taking rapamycin. One example is Dr. Jeremy Waletzky’s story - he had CFS for 10 years and it went into remission 6 weeks after taking rapamycin and lithium. Do you take anything else, acarbose, metformin?
That has been the most noticeable benefit for me. In fact, that’s what drove me to try it. I take 3mg with grapefruit juice weekly. Not sure how much of that was mental or physical. I’ve been taking Lithium orotate for years and find it very helpful though not for energy.
