Does Rapamycin have any effect on psoriasis?
Hi, welcome to the forums. There are two ways to use rapamycin - take it orally, or use a topical rapamycin cream on your skin. The first approach is how most longevity enthusiasts dose it for its systemic benefits, the topical rapamycin is showing early positive results in skin aging uses. So - I suspect the benefits and side effects will differ by how you decide to use it.
We have had some past discussions on rapamycin and psoriasis (we have a search button - the magnifying glass in the upper right corner of the screen - that you can see to do more searching).
Here are some of the past discussions about people’s experiences that you may want to review. I hope this helps:

I did have psoriasis a few years ago. I am not 100% certain what got rid of it. It may be vitamin D3 and it may be melatonin. I would think it is one of those.
