My plan is to bring together various topics that I have been working on since my 2025 poster. This will again involve some reference to this forum.
My primary topic will be the detailed links between acetylation and the splicesome which you can see some details of in my presentation to maglab at Birmingham University.
I also want to make reference to iron metabolism and the interesting questions that have been discussed on the topic about iron metabolism etc.
These are produced by chatGPT, gemini and claude. I think chatGPT is best, then gemini. Claude is not really in the running.
These are really complex issues that require the synthesis of some really complex information and I think the LLMs do a good job of bringing it together.
Although I prefer the chatGPT infographics, the appearance of workmen with HAT on their hats is good. HAT=Histone Acetyl Transferase.
