PhD Thesis: Modulation of Insulin/IGF Signalling to Improve Mammalian Healthspans

The IGF-1 pathway is a well-known pathway for longevity increases. The first drug coming out of Loyal for Dogs targets this pathway, and there are other drugs already on the market that block IGF-1 and that I believe are likely longevity drugs that are already available today. Here is a recent PHD thesis on the IGF Pathway in longevity (English and German Languages). This researcher is out of the Linda Patridge Lab (I believe), that also does a lot of research on rapamycin:
