It is available as a peptide powder that is reconstituted with bacteriostatic water and used as a nasal spray or injected. The proper dosage might be a little hard to figure out.
It is normally injected or used as a nasal spray because stomach acids destroy it.

Right. A 73% increase from the time of treatment, which is a lot of hand-waving, and overall a 14% increase, which is good but not spectacular.

It is spectacular, given how late in life it was started. I wonder why they chose to start it so late. Would be great to see mid life start or earlier.
