I maintain a healthy weight on 2.0 mg of Retatrutide weekly. Previous to switching, from Tz at 3.0mg weekly.
I have no idea how I’d feel on 20mg weekly!! The max clinical dose of Tz is 15mg

I was maintaining my weight on 10mg, I’m doing that to increase the GLP1 and GIP agonism to get more benefits. I can eat the same amount of calories. My maintenance dose was 10mg.
Hello everybody from Marocco where I’m currently in hollydays for a week. It’s amazing to see how much a strong natural solar light can do to your energy level. I live in France, on the west side. It’s winter, so very cloudy and so we’ve got days with very little light. It’s very refreshing here. Unfortunately, I got sick at the beginning of the week (damn street food!). I’m already feeling better.
Some updates about my protocole:
Wow, beautiful pictures of Morocco!
and your body fat is extremely low.
How long did you try Acarbose for? I found my body adjusted after a few months, and I adjusted my diet away from wheat-based products, and the gas / farts issue mostly went away.
I had not heard of Melanotan, interesting… are you using nasal spray or injections? How long, any side effects you’ve noticed?
I was using acarbose for a year, at the maximal dose used in France for diabetic people wich is 200mg per dose up to 600mg a day (3*200mg=600mg). I used to fart a lot on it but know that I eat a lot more protein and more foods in general the farts started to smell really bad, and when I’m eating oats (100g for example), the bloating is unpleasant. So no more acarbose for now.
I really love melanotan II wich is an injectable peptidic hormone very similar to the natural hormone alpha-MSH produced in the brain. It activates the melanocortin receptors wich is beneficial for the skin (anti inflammatory and tanning effect), it produces strong and spontaneous erections, and lowers a bit hunger. Absolutely no side even at 2mg daily (wich is a huge dose!). I really love it. The only problem would be that without UV, no tan. You need a little bit of sunlight with it to truly see its potential.
Hmmm, I’m not sure if thats a feature of a bug. I hope its not at random intervals, or it might be problematic.
It happens mostly in the 3/4 hours after injection. It can be quite surprising. Researchers created PT141 from Melanotan to get that effect on penile tissue and to increase libido in women. Another peptide come from Melanotan: KPV, an anti inflammatory molecule, and some other are related to it : melanotan 1, setmelanotide…
Such a high dose of MT2 will cause an increase in hematocrit, which is a good side effect in your case.
I used 0,25 mg every sunny day for a month last summer with good tanning results and also saw an increase in my hematocrit.
Hello
I’m using it for at least six months and no increase in RBC count or hematocrit for now.
Hey, that’s strange. I saw that on 30 januari your iron was 13,0 µmol/l. Maybe you can consider supplementing iron to increase it and getting your B12 level checked, since you need an optimal level of both to have optimal RBC production.
My iron level went up, but I think my bone narrow wasn’t stimulated enough by androgens to create RBC (free testosterone way below minimal range). Now it is going up. I’m going to check soon anyway.
B9 can be an issue as well.
Both B9 and B12 and at the top of the reference range. It’s not a nutriment issue for sure!
Oddly enough I have found taking B9 above the reference range can increase WBC and MCV. How you may not wish to do that depending on what your current values are, but this for me was clearly something that occurred above the top of the reference range.
Did you figure this out?
I’ve been dealing with a similar issue. My conjugated bilirubin has consistently been at or slightly above the upper reference range for the past two years (latest 7, ref. ≤5, total bilirubin 26, ref 5-25). My other liver parameters remain in the low normal range, with my last test showing ALT 13 (10-70) and AST 18 (15-45). ALP 52 (35-105) and fibroscan of liver taken half a year ago was normal.
I do have mildly elevated SHGB (82, ref. 13-72), but I have seen several health influencers have similar in their blood work, but I could not find their results for conjugated bilirubin.
I tried without success to search for this mild elevation could be an early sign of pathology or if it actually is protective. Should I ask my MD to have a specialist check this and what is the optimal range for longevity?
Thank you for your answer. No I didn’t find out and I didn’t check these parameters since the last blood work I posted here -budget restrictions-.
