Point taken sorry about your eyes

Haven’t heard much from anyone on low-dose naltrexone.

The human metabolism is one of the most complex biological systems in nature. As we reach 70, our lifestyle choices have reached critical importance. Learning to balance caloric restriction with exercise becomes in my opinion the greatest challenge to those that want to extend a healthy happy existence.

Strategic eating, focusing on nutrient dense foods has been an outstanding strategy for me. I don’t keep track of calories. I have a list of foods I eat every day in my 3 to 6 hour window. these include avocado, broccoli, sprouts kale, walnuts, blueberries, creatine, 1/2 a beet a tofu hash, which includes mushrooms, spinach, bell peppers, onion, garlic. I finish my day off with coleslaw and black beans. After that, I allow myself anything else I want in my window less than once a month do I actually eat anything else. I do admit I have to work at keeping my weight up.

Super healthy foods choices there. That eating pattern will definitely support longevity and health span.

I don’t know how long you’ve been on this forum, but low-dose naltrexone has been a subject of keen interest here for almost four years. Check before you post.
