MAO-A vs/+ MAO-B: Did the longevity & anti-aging people not tell the whole truth?

It’s strange that Selegiline (MAO-B) gets the most mention online for MAO medications.
Typing in the search bar on this forum for various MAO medications, Selegiline produced WAY more results.
Was something going on behind the scenes regarding $ for people to push Selegiline over the past 25+ years?

Searching various subreddits(anhedonia, MAOI’s, etc) it appears a combo product of MAO-A + MAO-B have a better review on average than medications targeting only 1 MAO (A or B)
On drugs.com Tranylcypromine gets a great rating out of many anti depressants.
There are many lists/conditions to search from to review various medications which is nice.
If there are other web sites for medication reviews, please post them here.

Some of the drugs listed are under a different name as some of the drugs have 2+ names.
So one might have to read all the names on the chart, and add everything up to get a better idea.
Tranylcypromine/parnate, selegiline/emsam etc.

Selegiline the only MAO medication that ITP has tested (currently being tested).

Here is a study that mentions MAO-B is also involved with gaba synthesis.

However, a lot of the images online show stuff like this:

There is no mention of gaba. So, who knows what new information researchers will find out about these enzymes in the future.
Both MAO-A and MAO-B are involved in dopamine. Some countries have approved MAO-A products for depression (and anxiety) or a combo of MAO-A + MAO-B, but not MAO-B alone.

Various online pharmacies (vendors etc) over the years would just carry Selegiline but no other MAO inhibitors.
With so many different products on the market today with various actions, there is a lot of choices to pick from. Well beyond MAO inhibitors.

Have to watch your diet with the MAOi’s though. Tyromine containing foods are risky eg wine, some cheese, some fish
