That is a lot of blood - 5 liters in humans. That is a lot of pig blood, for one dose. How do you commercialize that?

“Rats normally live for two to three years, though a contender for the oldest ever is a brown rat that survived on a restricted calorie diet for 4.6 years.”

That is 54 months, which is why CR is still the gold standard. What in CR extends life? Can it be achieved without CR? Can we do with drugs, supplements, or some other hack?

That is a lot of blood. See [0126] in the description section of the patent. Dr. Katcher has mentioned the likelihood of synthesizing the factors, but I haven’t heard any opinions of how difficult it might be.

Josh Mittledorf’s blog reports that Sima has gone to rat heaven. She set the Sprague-Dawley longevity record of 1464 days.
