So I’ve read recently rapamycin and acarbose gives the biggest lifespan extension in mice. Curious what are the biggest lifespan extension for supplements from ITP? Like NMN, Ca-akg, Glycine, astaxanthan, Lithium, spermidine, fish oil, berberine etc…
