Update on using Ergothionine serum for 6 months. I love the results of soft and even toned skin with only minimum of fine lines. An app evaluates my 70 year old face as 39.
GORGEOUS!!! (20 characters worth of !)
Pretty much just the holstein cow that gives A1 milk. I read the book Devil in the Milk written by an academic in NZ where they have bred it out of the Holstein and are trying to sell the semen to us here. No downside and itās a great idea but not really taking off. Unfortunately the Holstein has the best yield, therefore most milk comes from them.
Interesting. I may buy one of these masks.
I struggle to see why these red light devices are so expensive; they seem like very simple devices with minimal Intellectual property involved. They seem like they should be about 90% less expensive. The cost/benefit ratio does not seem so great right now, but could be greatly improved if they cost significantly less.
Qure mask is pretty affordable, FDA cleared, recommended by dermatology influencers (dr. Shaw) and seems to use the proper wavelengths.
Itās only 3 minutes a day - allows me for a quick meditation session in the evening. I honestly wouldnāt be to handle 10 minutes, too much time commitment.
Fantastic report. I might go for an ergothionine product. May I ask which product you use and how often you use it?
I use Baācheri Ergothineine firming serum that I buy on Amazon (around $29 for a box with 30 vials). It also has Vit B5, Armilaria Matsurake, and Centelia Asiatica in it. I apply daily, morning and night. 1 vial is enough for 2-3 applications. One box lasts 1.5 months for me. In addition I take Ergothioneine supplement.
I ended up ordering this oneā¦

I would rather go for a small panel than a mask. Panels have more evience behind them and are more likely to have sufficiently strong light for effectiveness. As a bonus, you do get eye benefits if you use a panel, as opposed to a mask that doesnāt shine light on the eyes. I use a small panel btw.
I do the same thing with GHK-cuāinjections and topical applications. After two months, it seems to be working on the wrinkles. However, it worked immediately on nagging injuries from running and normal degradation.
What do you use besides a mortar and pestle? How much Aquaphor per one 5-mg tablet of rapa? How do you get the Aquaphor back in the tube?
Why would you want it back in the tube?
Itās a manner of speaking. Iām asking what you do with the goop after you mix it.
Thanks much for sending your list!
In order to work on a shoulder or knee injury, do you have to inject it? Or would topical application work?
I do get some relief from heat pads applied about once a week to the lower back and shoulder. Dead hangs and planks are also effective for the back and shoulder. Iāve never injected the shoulder, but I do inject peptides into the upper glutes and around the knee. My protocol, which works quite well, is EOD for a month, then off for a month. The needles are 1/4" by 31G for self-experimentation. A good peptide therapist could probably give you extended relief in the knee and the shoulder with a series of intra-articular injections. This requires thorough knowledge of the jointsā anatomy and would probably be expensive.
for those who think the limits of how much elastin we have limits our lifespan, here is a tech that may solve that
Itās so difficult to understand him unfortunately.
I wonder whether it has a negative impact on your gut microniome.
