I started on my rapa journey with gethealthspan. I like them and how they do business. I have had Rick cohen and Daniel tawfik on my podcast a few times. Good guys.

I looked their offerings over. They also offer a package that in addition to Rapmyacin, includes SGLT2 and Oxytocin nasal spray Healthspan | Plan Does anyone have experience with those items?

I use low dose Oxytocin nasal spray every day (some times a couple times a day) and just before bed.
I take it for a few reason.
- anti-neuroinflammatory
- calming
- reduces cortisol
- helps with the glymphatic system in the brain, this is the flushing system that works while we sleep.
