Exploring Possible HGH Supplementation

What have you found to be most effective and practical? Secretagogues? Sermorelin, Tesamorelin? Where to source?

If you don’t want rhgh, I would totally pick Tesamorelin. You can a 10 vial kit from Nexaph pretty affordable.

Tesamorelin so the only morelin with actual positive clinical trial data behind it. Hgh will be cheaper, so keep that in mind if you care about price. I don’t know much about hgh, so I’ll tell you about my experiences with tesa.

Please measure your igf-1 before starting, and some weeks after. It’s a test that you can get relatively cheaply now, so no good excuses skipping it.

You will get water retention while on it, I got to about 6 pounds. It will come off once you stop the medication. Watch out for side effects including pain in joints, and carpal tunnel syndrome.

Standard dosage is 2mg/day for tesamorelin, but that is absolutely not need to drive up igf-1. I was able to raise mine in 4 weeks while dosing about 1mg/day. Unlike hgh, there is not an ideal time to dose tesamorelin. Monitor blood levels too, unless you’re in a GLP1.

I would suggest HGH. I don’t see any advantage of a secretagogue unless accessibility is an issue.

I do think Tesamorelin is the best secretagogue though.

I thought about going that route. Expensive but I’ve heard some here in California have Rx filled in Mexico.

I have thought the same, but I’m open to Dr. Dean St. Mart’s thoughts about combining them.

qBx123Yk,

Any thoughts on Ibutamoren compared to tesamorelin? I like the fact that it’s an oral dose instead of an injection.

I haven’t used it, but from what I’ve seen from other people, it looks like a worse drug for my needs: increases appetite too much for me, has an increased risk of insulin resistance compared to tesa, can raise prolactin. It sill raises IGF-1, if that’s what you’re looking for, but looks like you’ll have to be more careful about dosage to avoid some side effects.
