I am planning a trip to London next year or earlier.
I’d like to buy rapamycin from someone’s stocks directly in the UK. I know there are reliable rapamycin online sellers in the EU, but I’m afraid it can be confiscated by Lithuanian customs if I buy in Lithuania online without a prescription.
The difficulty here is that the law allows people to import to the UK for their own personal use, but a licence is required to sell it.
I mean if I could buy it from someone like any personal object (without invoices etc), I’d just pay in cash.
And If a carry a bunch of other non-prescription supplements with me and mix rapa pills with other supplement pills in a plastic dispenser rather than carrying them in a named package, may be then I can carry it safely through the customs.
Yes, however, this does require the person selling it to you to break the law.
The law you mean is not a law of nature. And the well-being of a human biosystem is much more dependent on the laws of nature than on the laws you mean.
According to Heisenberg, for example “Lectures on philosophy of physics”, I as the final observer of rapamycin should form a system with rapamycin, and thus its very physical form will be dependent on the observer and methods of observation.
Now what if I am just a collectioner of pills. I just collect various pills, prescription and non-prescription, for the sake of having them in a collection.
If I buy a rare postage stamp from someone directly they would definitely not break the law. Thus I do not see 100% logical or empirical evidence that this person will break the law by selling me just a collection of pills to include in another collection.
I have no idea of the rules and regulations, or probability of interception, for medication imports into Lithuania… but it would seem that the easiest and fastest approach would be to do a small purchase (e.g. $100 or $200) of rapamycin from the identified sources in the EU, and see what happens: How to import Rapamycin into the EU Countries? Your Experiences Please
While the risk is likely low for any UK citizen to do what you are asking, it seems like an unreasonable risk to take (for someone you don’t know). If you have a friend in the UK - that might be another approach (vs. some random person on the Internet).
