Can antioxidants like astaxanthin, lutein and zeaxanthin lower rapamycin's effectiveness?

I just started taking rapamycin (6 mg once a week on Fridays), but also take the following:

Acarbose (100 mg, 4 to 6 days a week, depending on carb intake)
Sertraline (100 mg daily)
Omega-3 (EPA + DHA)
Marine Collagen
Glycine
Astaxanthin (AX3 Bio-Pure Astaxanthin, 12 mg)
Vitamin D3 + K2
Magnesium Citrate
Magnesium L-Threonate
Methyl B12 + Methyl Folate
Lutein (10 mg) + Zeaxanthin (2 mg)

I became especially concerned about astaxanthin, lutein, and zeaxanthin because these are antioxidants and I read that they can lower rapamycin’s effectiveness. Someone here mentioned that it’s best to skip astaxanthin on the days you take rapamycin as well as the following day, and I have been doing that, but astaxanthin can apparently stay in your body for a long time, so would it be best to not take it at all while you take rapamycin? I’m concerned about lutein and zeaxanthin for the same reason.
Also, if any of the other supplements or medications I’m taking lower rapamycin’s effectiveness, please let me know!
