I think he is doxed actually by customs, him and anil also. I had two shipments seized (one from each) a while back and they were nice enough to reship. I actually gave them different shipping address and person (my sister) and the shipments were stopped again from them. At that point i decided to ditch them both (even though I had good experience from them both, so basically not their fault) and went all in with Maulik and then dealt with four-five random ones from indiamart. the shipments (about 13 in total) all cleared customs just fine and were delivered as ordered. I kind of feel bad for both Jagdish and Anil (as I never had a problem with them), but Iām trying to protect my money so canāt take the chance. Unfortunately, I will not use them again. Iāll continue to use Maulik and the new ones from India mart. Having said that I live in NY and for people in other countries (and perhaps in other states) they should still do business with them both IMO, as I think the NY customs might have flagged them, but not necessarily is the case for a different country (and maybe different state?).
Iāve been working with Jagdish at RL Pharma and here is his companyās official policy for when packages are seized by customs.
RL PHARMA Jagdish is a genuine company but once a parcel arrives in the USA or Canada or any other countries, then the customs department of these countries wonāt allow any other company to interfere in there clearance process. Still RL PHARMA will give some medicine free if a parcel is seized by customs. Jagdish always writes everything clearly in the invoice before taking money from clients. He doesnāt give refunds but he always tries to compensate for any losses.
Maulik has been amazing the few times I used his services. Shipping times ranged between 4-6 days. Glad I heeded the advice to cap orders at 200 tabs. Too bad I donāt get the same 5 star service from massive online retailers in my country.
I am placing my second order this week. I was planning to try Maulik this time. He carries a prescription that I would like that the other guy didnāt carry.
But instead, I find myself reusing Laxminarayan Pharmaceutical. This guy has just bent over backwards for me.
It will also be my second time using remitly with him.
Fwiw, I no longer recommend using the IndiaMART messaging system, which usually fails to complete sign ins now. It used to be fine. And it doesnāt spam me particularly. But I have switched over to Whatās app.

When I was contacting Maulik about my first order, I was trying to use PayPal, and since he needed to use a Friendāsā PayPal account, it was going to be a lot more.So it happens.
The nice thing about Maulik is that he accepts Alipay and WeChat so payment is easy and cheap!
Ahā¦ that sounds great, but only people in Asia use Alipay and WeChat. That doesnāt help most of us

Kelman, my packages go through customs in NY. So Iām trying to figure out who youāre responding to here and, therefore, who the first āheā is here whom you think to be flagged by customs.
It sounds like youāve had trouble w two sellersā packages (one of whom is Anil) and mostly use Maulik now as a result.

Yeap, you got that right. I had one package by Anil and one by Jagdish confiscated by customs (through NY) a while back. They were nice enough to reship, and again both were confiscated (about one month later) so I have not used those two guys again even thought they were both great to deal with and if people donāt have a customs problem, I donāt see a reason why not to use them. After that I went solo with Maulik for about 10 packages or so, and in last couple months Iāve tried another 4-5 others again successfully from the India mart. One that I posted elsewhere in these forums has become my go to favorite also together with Maulik. Iāve had three packages from them since December with success. Of the known meds on these forums (about 15 most common ones, and some less known antiviral ones also) I have no need to order meds for next 4-5 years and some have supply for up to 7-8 years depending on the drug. So, Iām sitting on the sidelines for a long time (unless we discover a new drug not spoken of as yet). I think everyone should stack for at least three years as customs seems to have fallen asleep (at least that has been the case for my last 20 shipments all made in last 6 months)

I ordered rapamycin from Jagdish back in January, tracking shows itās sitting at the Jamaica sorting site. Any advice on what I can do? Should I reach out to Jagdish to see if heāll re-ship? This is my first order everā¦so not sure how this all works. Thanks for any advice!
FWIW, my shipment from Jagdish late last year was stuck in NY customs for a few weeks, but eventually made its way to my doorstep, not having been opened. If you can, Iād wait until it eventually arrives or you get a notice of seizure. Of course if you need the meds soon, you might want to reorder. BUT if indeed itās Jagdish whose packages are being intercepted, then reordering or having it reshipped from him again might put you in exactly the same position. I suspect that Jagdish would want to wait a bit longer before regarding it as an unsuccessful delivery eligible for reshipment. YMMV.
If it was late January, Iād watch it a bit longer. If it was early January, maybe reach out to just notify him that youāre waiting and request his advice? Iām pretty new to this, but thatās what Iād doāpartially for my own sanity. He may have already seen lots of packages stalled in the same spot and could tell you how long it took previous packages to get through.
I popped on here bc Iām a little concerned about how the new tariffs may effect the packages just setting outāwish I could have ordered a week or two sooner.
UPDATE: quick update on this - I received the package today! As a summary - I ordered on January 8, paid using Wise. It took until January 19 before Jagdish finally said he received the money. He sent it out on January 19. Tracking showed it arrived at Jamaica sorting center on January 27. That was the last tracking updateā¦and then it showed up at my house today (Feb 24) via USPS. I ordered 360 pills of Rapacan 1 mg. Jagdish was great to work with, I hope others are able to order from him successfully as well!
So it can take a very long while for the packages to arrive.
Hi everyone, another Jagdish updateā¦ I had some customs issues however he reshipped and even modified some things on how to prepare the shipment based on my request, and it made it through successfully. There was an issue with him not receiving the returned parcel and he still agreed to reship at his expense so Iām happy overall.
Yes, one of my packages from Jagdish was seized, and Jagdish re-shipped it for me, and I only had to pay shipping. I am still waiting for the package to arrive. Hopefully, there wonāt be any problems. I have found that Maulikās packages, which donāt require a signature upon delivery, arrive faster with fewer problems. However, the fact that Jagdish will make you whole if a package is lost or seized is reassuring. I think both vendors are great for different reasons.
