Maybe suppliers will be willing to experiment with shipping packages of a size which does not draw attention, labeled as cosmetics, etc. which would mean at least we could simply order smaller amounts more frequently. Its a huge loss of livelihood for them so I hope they are motivated to find ways around this.
Yes, but I don’t think it’ll be done through mislabeling. If caught, it means blacklisting. Hopefully they’ll find a reliable way, though there may be some initial failures until kinks get ironed out, then escalation stateside - it’s a never ending game of cat and mouse.
I use email and just tack it onto the last email I got from them. No, I don’t know anybody.
Randomly showed up. They gave me a tracking number and it never worked for me, but I have to admit I don’t watch the things very often. the number still doesn’t work. I just tried again and it tells me nothing. I tend to order and forget, then after a few weeks I might ask what’s going on. I’ve only had one package that didn’t make it and they sent another which did.

One package just hit customs. Waiting for booking for yesterday’s order. Maybe things will ease up later this year. Cutting people off from Canada is a big deal.

If the majority of imported meds by individuals come from Canada, maybe that’s where the customs priority would be focused on when it comes to meds. But who knows, maybe it’s across the board and random, no rhyme or reason. Just a drag, what can I say - probably time to hunker down and watch how things develop… would be nice if the seniors affected and their families set fire to the seats of our congressional reps to get them moving, but I have little hope - a study came out recently which showed that our reps overwhelmingly legislate in conflict with majority voters desires, and instead align with lobbyists. Corruption at all levels, and we’re left to pick up the pieces.

I think most of the problems in the USA on this are caused by executive order not by congressional decision.

I trust Zydus more than the other brands. They seem to be the best established brand of all the options.
I’m hearing that women typically take between 3 and 5mg. For example, Dr. Aimee gives all her patients 2.5mg (I don’t know how given the lack of availability of 2.5mg pills), but its 5mg that is the dose used in the Columbia University trials: Rapamycin for Fertility and Menopause; Clinical Results

I use a mixture of zydus and biocon. I have not got a test of the actual amount, but everything responds as would be expected.

October 16, 2026 — Canadian pharmacy services confirm resumption of U.S. shipments
Two pharmacy services that previously announced shipment suspensions have now explicitly confirmed they are resuming normal operations following CBP’s 90-day postponement.
1. Canadian Prescription Drugstore — All six fulfillment countries restored
In an update dated October 14, 2026 , Canadian Prescription Drugstore announced:
“We are once again accepting and processing orders from all our supplier countries, including Canada, the UK, India, Turkey, New Zealand, and Australia.”
This directly reverses its October 12 announcement suspending orders from five countries, including India.

2. CheapoMeds — Normal shipping restored
CheapoMeds has replaced its previous warning about staggered shipment suspensions with a new announcement:
“We’re back to business as usual. Place your orders and refills like you always do, and we’ll ship them like we always do.”
Previously, CheapoMeds had announced suspension dates beginning October 2 for some international fulfillment locations and October 13 for Canadian-origin orders.
Its new announcement explicitly attributes the return to normal operations to the extension of mandatory ET13 compliance until January 20, 2027. The announcement is currently published, although its precise posting date is not displayed. Cheap O Meds

The websites of the Candrug Pharmacy operation, including Canada Pharmacy Online, still display their October 8 suspension notices. I found no confirmation that this separate operation has resumed shipping. canadapharmacyonline.com
Neither resumption announcement provides parcel tracking or independently verified evidence of new shipments clearing U.S. Customs.
Assessment
This is the first confirmed reversal of pharmacy shipment suspensions identified in these checks. It establishes that CBP’s October 14 extension is already producing an operational response, including renewed order processing for medicines fulfilled from India.
It does not establish that independent Indian suppliers or India Post have changed their procedures.

I am a petite female and was taking rapacan 6mg weekly for 1 year without any issues and normal labs.

Unfortunately I had to order Siroboon 3mg this time because the rapacan was 1mg which would have occupied too much space. I’ve never used it before so I can only hope its ok.
I suggest caution when using the Beyond Care pharmacy on India Mart. I specifically recommend not using this company. The direct link is https://www.beyondmedex.com/ and the contact person is Akash Uttamchandani. I paid for an order on Sept. 24, almost a month ago. I requested a tracking number almost two weeks ago and again last week. I’ve received very little response. This is the worst response I’ve received from any of the vendors I’ve ordered from for years.
