Received my first order from Maulik in India to the Philippines. It was inspected at customs but they let it through with only a 120 peso duty (2 USD). Very happy with the prices, service, and breadth of available product.
Interesting little observation from your photo: Your package was sent by EMS SpeedPost. Jagdish Nikose also uses EMS SpeedPost. Parcels sent by EMS SpeedPost are the only ones I have ever had opened.
My parcels from Maulik to the U.S. are sent by IndiaPost, but not by SpeedPost and they have never been opened or delayed. But, I do wonder why he uses two different shipping methods.
Yes, Maulik uses IndiaPost to the US and EMS SpeedPost to the Philippines, I’m not sure why. At the same time I had him send a small package to US (where I was traveling), which was not opened and arrived promptly. He used IndiaPost for the US.

I’m surprised that would be the reason for non-approval in the EU. The generics still work fine but they are just a little less bioavailable.
It is EMA requirement to grant marketing authorization for generics to have same bioavailability so they can replace non-generic medicines 1:1. In a way it makes sense as the dosing would need to be adjusted otherwise for patients that critically need it. For purpose of longevity experimentation this is completely irrelevant probably.
I put in a $500 order with Jagdish on December 12, and I finally received the package today, January 10. It was never opened by customs that I can see. It spent the majority of time apparently sitting in the Mumbai PO being “prepared for shipment” - at least according to the tracker data. Once it hit the states (NY Jamaica Iternational Distribution Center), it was just a few days before appearing at my door. Crazy - weeks in India, days in the US. Almost a month altogether. Go figure.
I do not recommend The Antiaging Store. I never received the package, which was not directly their fault. But they promised to reimburse me and never did. Now They’ve stopped replying to my emails.
Hello, how are you? I would like to know if there is anyone from Mexico who has ordered Sirolimus from Jagdish. He told me that he has clients from Mexico, but they all request shipping to the USA and then pick it up from there. Is there anyone who can share the procedure to ensure that Customs does not confiscate the medication or anyone who has successfully ordered Sirolimus directly to Mexico? Best regards!
After reading thru these posts it looks like Maulik sells Biocon sirolimus and those pills are not coated. Jagdesh sells Zydus sirolimus and those pills are coated. Am i correct?
I ordered from Maulik and the pills I received were not coated. May I ask if others might chime in here regarding this? Isnt sirolimus supposed to be coated? In the toothpaste recipe @RapAdmin posted he made a point to show a picture of his crushed up sirolimus with the hard outer coating pieces still a little noticable. Doesnt the coating matter?
Have any of you received the uncoated Biocon pills and know they are the real deal? Kind of new here and kind if sweating it, trying to learn as much as i can. Hoping I got the real thing.
Also wanted to add that my pills are scored so they can be broken in half? So def have no protective coating?

FWIW, I bought the Biocon from three different vendors, including Jagdish, but that is because I specified that I wanted Biocon. So, it has less to do with the vendor, and more with what you request. I requested Biocon, because that is what most folks on this site order. Many order Zydus. But in general the reputation seemed to be that these two brands are equivalent. And I believe folks tested themselves and both brands turned up sirolimus in the blood. Other brands which definitely don’t work, like Siroboom, seem to not have the critical enteric coating, which we know from both the ITP and the PEARL trial is essential.
So, I for one am not making up my mind until I’ve run a few tests. Someone mentioned that the reason for the scoring on Biocon pills is that they use machines that have scoring incorporated in pressing, and it doesn’t mean that they are really meant to be scored. I’m not sure I buy this explanation, because the Biocon pills are supposedly manufactured by a large and respectable company (Eris only markets the Biocon brand, and is not the manufacturer), so I find it very odd that they’d not have access to machines without scoring incorporated, and risk that end users might misunderstand and think they can safely break the pills in two… highly implausible. Because splitting the pills is definitely going to undermine the active ingredient - why take on that liability and headache? Makes no sense whatsoever. In the end, I don’t know. I’ll test and find out.
If I had to do it all over again, I’d go with Zydus. But how was I supposed to know ahead of time? Nobody mentioned this scoring issue (that I saw!) before, and folks were seemingly ordering Biocon more than any other brand. So I went with that. And now I don’t know. Oh, well, it’s not irreversible - in the worst case, you lose a bunch of time (months), which is bad, but not fatal… if the Biocon is no good according to my tests, Zydus here I come and maybe I’ll use my 1000 Biocon pills as crushable base for toothpaste or the like - though throwing it out is a very likely option… who cares about a bit of $, your health is worth it first and foremost. YMMV.

Just saw your post from back in December. I see you also got Biocon rapa from Maulik. Can i ask you if it worked? And can i ask if it was scored like mine was? I am hoping against hope I didnt get something besides rapa (yipes!) As they usually arent scored and usually have a protective coating. Dont think mine does, does yours? Fingers crossed!
