The difference with generics is absorption/bioavailability, which Pfizer’s is about 30% better. This is why generics did not get approved in EU.
The Pfizer version of rapamycin uses Elan’s nanocrystal technology (thus the improved bioavailability by 30%) but of course, its 10X the price of the generics (or more, in Europe). Rapamycin and NanoCrystal Formulations
I’m surprised that would be the reason for non-approval in the EU. The generics still work fine but they are just a little less bioavailable.
It is EMA requirement to grant marketing authorization for generics to have same bioavailability so they can replace non-generic medicines 1:1. In a way it makes sense as the dosing would need to be adjusted otherwise for patients that critically need it. For purpose of longevity experimentation this is completely irrelevant probably.
you ship to spain? or customs makes that impossible?
I put in a $500 order with Jagdish on December 12, and I finally received the package today, January 10. It was never opened by customs that I can see. It spent the majority of time apparently sitting in the Mumbai PO being “prepared for shipment” - at least according to the tracker data. Once it hit the states (NY Jamaica Iternational Distribution Center), it was just a few days before appearing at my door. Crazy - weeks in India, days in the US. Almost a month altogether. Go figure.
Pretty typical transit time in my experience
Yes I do. You can order via the site if you wish to.
I do not recommend The Antiaging Store. I never received the package, which was not directly their fault. But they promised to reimburse me and never did. Now They’ve stopped replying to my emails.
I had success with The Canadian Prescription Drugstore. They had a reasonable price for Dapagliflozin.
