I find the talks in ARDD 2023 that relate to Genomic stability very rewarding, Jan Vijk. Vera Gorbunova, Bjorn Schumacher. But they now made Björns 2023 talk private. I saw his talk before they made it private. They focus on genomic stability as a fundamental factor for longevity and instability as a driver of aging that influence the rest of the hallmarks. Colin Ewalds talk was also rewarding and Vera Gorbunova touches his approach in her own talk.

The one I also liked very much was from the BatLab. That because Emma Teeling describe the nitty-gritty tasks of fieldwork. It is not only blood draws and essays in a warm lab, but aging research also includes catching Bats in the wild. Fascinating.
