I too have been having issues with them, as well as Navin from Keshavdas & Sons.
Navin says issues at India post but I just got two tracking numbers from other orders I’ve placed with various India based vendors.

Any more updates about this vendor? I’m keen to get some 0.3 Adapalene.
I am due to get some very soon, will report back when I get it.
I’ve been using the 0.1% from Amazon on under-eye problems. If anything, it’s made them worse.
Probably dried the skin there and you haven’t been on enough time to see benefits.
Try using a moisturizer.
RapAdmin, does this mean you have dropped Rapamycin Cream in favor of Adapalene Gel 0.3%?
No, I have been using adapalene because I just ordered a bunch and it’s easy and cheap. I need to make some more rapamycin skin cream too and will likely use it 2/7 days. Just to test how it goes (adapalene 5/7 days).
Any luck? I really want to get my hands on some of the 3% stuff.
Just listening to this podcast by industry chemists and it seems the evidence for tretinoins is much better than adapalene, so I think I may move to an alternating schedule…
daaamnnn you’re going for it huh? I’m about to start 0.1% OTC adapalene, might look to go to 0.3% from a place like this in the future, it looks very cheap too.
What results have you had? I’m looking to get younger looking skin on my face and neck, maybe back of hands. I keep the rest of my skin covered with clothing when I go out most of the time, and I’ve started wearing sunscreen most of the time when I go out in the sun.
I’ve been on tret 0.1% for over a month now and skin just starting to normalize peeling wise. Damn, it’s so good I’m kicking myself for putting it off this long. It works amazingly well and $2 / tube (tiny tube but still) can’t go wrong. I really wish I’d started earlier. The only topical that has moved the needle noticeably.
I tried the over-the-counter differin gel for 4 days at which point I developed very intense and unpleasant facial itching. It was a sensation I never experienced before, impossible to ignore and lasted for like 3 days. I don’t think I’ll be using it again!
Anyone here have good results from adapalene? Results, I mean, that are visible in the harsh light of day? What about tretinoin? Tret is available from India in a 0.1% gel.
Tret is definitely the gold standard. I personally don’t tolerate .1 and I use .5 and not even every night. If .1 is too strong for you, you can always buffer it with a face lotion.
Adapalene is also good, but I’ve heard if you are going for the anti aging benefits, it’s not quite as good as tret, so just use tret if it’s an option.
@elros… did you ever try it again? If new to these things, definitely don’t use it every day… there is a chance you might be able to tolerate it if you go low and slow… but of course you night actually also have an allergy. For tret (and I’m sure differin), the best way to start is have a dry face (wet causes more irritation)… put some lotion on, and then a little of your tret/differin. … do that aprox 2x per week… then try a little more often… then you can try with no lotion on first (the lotion ‘buffers’ it)… you can even mix the lotion with the tret…
I’m curious about the same. Adapalene or tretinoin REAL results. @Beth could you post any pics of before and after?
Aside from the enlarged pores I developed in my old age (ARGH), I have pretty good skin, but having said that, I imagine it’s mostly genetics because everyone in my family has pretty good skin.
I don’t have a before because I’ve been using tret since I was probably 35 ish (off and on over the years, but when on, an ave 3-4x per week)
For clarity, when it say it’s good, I am only going by what I’ve heard from ‘experts’ for decades… I don’t personally know!
Does this mean, you, with your great skin, are not using it?
No, have never used it and not going to. I asked because I’ve never seen a real person who really benefited from either of the products. Was just curious. I was under impression that you have much personal experience with it. Guess I was wrong.
Sorry if I mislead you. My only personal experience with it is having used it for 25 years, but yeah, because I started young, I don’t have before and after experience, which is apparently what you are looking for.
Same goes for spf. I believe it helps based on everything I’ve heard, but I’ve been using it religiously since I was probably 30, so there is no way to know if it actually did anything, but again, I’m just trusting it did based on what I’ve heard from the pros.
Hi Beth, could you explain the buffering process? Sorry for my ignorance but I’ve been trying to adjust to 0.1 tretinoin for several months and the peeling always leads to me back to using adapalene. I used tretinoin in my 20’s and 30’s for acne and never used to peel. I probably should have ordered a lower strength.
