Depends highly on the person, and 50mg is huge dose. In fact, 50mg is the max dose. There are pills that come as low as 6.25mg. My weekly dose is less than 50mg overall.
thanks for the info, and where are you sourcing it from? and what do the results (for you) look like, meaning what increases in T and FT are you seeing on 50mg/weekly dose (say in a month or couple months period if you ever measured).
Thanks again.
I get mine from an online telehealth company. My total testosterone was around 1000 ng/dl and free was around 170 pg/mL on 37.5mg/weekly. You can see up this thread for more details.
My 2026 stack has seen some change since last year
Out:
EPA/DHA out (Sardines/salmon x3 weekly in)
Taurine out
In:
Pomegranate peel extract 3g (for urolithin A)
Creatine 5g eod
Same as 2025
Rapamycin 17 x yearly 4 to 8mg
Berberine 200mg dailyish
Lithium Orotate 5mg eod
Magnesium L-threonate (65 mg of elemental magnesium dailyish)
Methylfolate + other Methylated B vitamins (high dose weekly)
Pycnogenol 200mg eod
Citicholine 500mg x2 weekly
K2 200mg eod
the dosing is on the low side because Iām largely looking at covering deficiencies.
What am I missing?
Apparently, a lot. Well, where do I start⦠It will be a long list:
5mg Cialis
10mg Empagliflozin
1-2mg Pitavastatin
5-10mg Ezetimibe
100-200mg Acarbose (split with main meals)
1000mg Vit c
1.25mg Selegiline
500mg metformin
1mg finasteride
2-3mg Weekly of Reta or Tirze
12.5mg Enclomiphene citrate
4.5mg LDN
20-40mg Telmisartan
Start with these and then Iāll give you 10-15 more LOL
Lutein, Zeaxanthin and Astaxanthin for eye health too
Do they really work though? Iām not necessarily a fan of either three unless you knew for sure theyād work for eye health. some days I need glasses and then out of the blue I donāt need them. donāt know what to make of it. ei today I can see the tinniest writing on paper (probably a 6 font) whereas last week had difficulty reading 14 size fonts without glasses lol. . .
The evidence does point to all three being beneficial for eye health, with lutein and zeaxanthin in particular showing good results in slowing down age-related macular degeneration.
Fair point! Some really interesting suggestions. Not anti any of them but have added my take on the suggested additions. Curious which 2 or 3 you would most advocate for
5mg Cialis. - this does look good for brain health. Not sure about the massive side effect. Not sure of the long term safety profile?
10mg Empagliflozin this is the most tempting of the lot! Im actively considering trying it.
1-2mg Pitavastatin my apoB is 55 to 70 range from diet/dumb luck, and has been for years and Iāve decided thatās optimal (he draws breath!!)
5-10mg Ezetimibe ditto
100-200mg Acarbose (split with main meals) berberine fulfils this function ?
1000mg Vit c - Iāve opted for high fruit and veg - not 1000mg worth. But Iām not convinced by super doses
1.25mg Selegiline - Iām holding out in this until Iām elderly because there seems to be some evidence higher dose later is a better strategy
500mg metformin - dotto re berberine
1mg finasteride - hair still in situ. is there some ither benefit?
2-3mg Weekly of Reta or Tirze BMI is in the middle of the green zone - rapa seems to have dropped my body fat %. Curious if these help longevity if this is the case?
12.5mg Enclomiphene citrate - interested in hormone boosters when i need them im the future but havenāt noticed any signs of decline yet.
4.5mg LDN I do like the idea of this for inflammation. At the moment Iām focussing on diet: kefir, miso, matcha, beans, greens, berries, fish, cruciferous and nuts and seeds etc.
Iāve ordered pure enclomiphene twice from this British company. My only complaint is that it was too good and my dose was thus too high, resulting in unwanted sides.
It appears to be powder or maybe liquid? which is it? and how did you take it (if it is powder, and if it is liquid). Thanks,
Me too. Why, because I get the same reaction from Berberine as I do metformin, mainly diarrhea and upset stomach. And it did hardly anything for my fasting blood sugar at any acceptable dosage.
Liquid in a bottle with a dropper. 30 ml at 12.5 g per ml.
What do you use for blood sugar control @desertshores ? if anything. Iām curious about sglt but low dose berberine feels low risk insurance against the odd doughnut. Luckily i donāt have those sides!
i imagine a ranked assessment for longevity based on current data would put semaglutide top , with sglt 2nd. With Metformin 3rd? And acarbose 4th?
Berberine i see as Metformin with benefits but less robust data.
I wonder where a sugar optimized diet would sit
I think a low-sugar diet is a good thing, but with people who donāt have pre-diabetes, it will have more effect on spikes rather than fasting glucose levels.
Currently I am taking imeglimin and empagliflozin in place of metformin and Berberine.
Unfortunately, pureraws wouldnāt sell it my in New York for some reason (says we canāt service customers in your area) so Iām back to square one. Has any of you guys had success with a different source (other than pure raws) and did it do the trick to increase T. Please dm or post here.
thank you,
???
Iāve successfully ordered enclomiphene from Receptor Chem in the U.K. It has no relation to PureRawz.
Have you been able to test your hormone levels pre and post use of this product? Any impact?
Yes, I had classic low T at 250 ng/dl. My urologist prescribed clomiphene, aka Clomid. My testosterone went down to 200. I then ordered the enclomiphene from Receptor.Chem. Having been adversely affected by clomiphene, I wasnāt expecting much, and so I took a high dose of 25 mg per day. My T shot up to 800 ng/nl, a level that resulted in unwanted side-effects, such as severe acne, pedema, and personality changes.
Thanks. I ended up buying from modern aminos, one of the cheapest (I could find) and it had very good reviews on reddit, plus easy ordering and debit card payment. Iāll report back if it works, Have the baseline #'s and bought a 60-day supply after which time I intend to test again.
