Like Rx canagliflozin or rapamycin to healthy ppl just for aging
I think Singapore right now is likely the leader in this area, and has a real focus on it, it seems (of course, its a very small country and easier to implement there)… but not to the point where they are prescribing much yet in the way of ITP-type drugs, but they are doing the clinical trials so will likely be the first in that area also.

I’d say Dubai.
It’s not that the country has a preventive healthcare system but it’s just easier:
- First you can buy those anywhere without a prescription, delivered to your home same day. Deciding to take cana or rapa is the equivalent of deciding to take vitamin D in the west in terms of ease of access and price.
- They have a few longevity doctors.
- Everything is relatively affordable. No waiting list. You can self refer for everything. For instance I paid 80 USD for a heart checkup including echocardiogram + ECG + cardiologist consultation at a top hospital (US JCI accredited). Out of pocket without an insurance, as a tourist. I assume with an insurance it would cost close to 0. I didn’t have to book anything: walk in, waited maybe 15 minutes and that’s it.
- Everything is private so cost is not an important factor in the decision-making process of doctors. Whereas in the West cost is a massive criterion in national medical guidelines. For instance I’m sure they’ll prescribe SGLT2i and GLP-1RAs way more once generics are available.
