What are the best sunscreen brands?

EltaMD vs isdin vs la roche posay vs blue lizard: compare them all (none of these have the coral-reef-destroying octos that get absorbed into the blood).

Blue Lizard doesn’t make your face TOO white compared to some of the brands I used in the past (the badger ones…), and I use this most of the time b/c it’s the cheapest by far…

But in maybe more professional settings, it’s nice to have one of the more expensive first 3 brands b/c they don’t leave any white

There are also korean/japanese brands…

I noticed a huge density of different skin product stores in downtown Madrid (maybe fitting bc of all the UV Madrid gets)

You have to be more specific. Which type of sunscreen? What market?

La Roche Posay makes like 20 different sunscreens - everything from basic zinc oxide, to the ones which have 7-8 different chemical filters to cover every wavelength, along with tints to give complete protection.

Beauty of Joseon is good. It’s a Korean brand. I use this on my face: Beauty of Joseon - Shop Hanbang Korean Skincare Products

I use a cheaper sunscreen on the rest of my body.

Oh, you live in Australia? I guess that’s the Anglosphere country where people are most into sunscreens - more than any other.

Yes. Most people here use whatever sunscreen is cheapest. It’s better than getting burned but I like to use high quality.
