Valproic acid - is it pro-longevity or anti-longevity? (it helps open up chromatin, which might make it more damage-prone)

valproic acid opens up chromatin structure (WITHOUT CONTEXT - anything that opens it up presumably makes it more damageable). But with context, it’s SO much more complicated…

pro-longevity (only in C. elegans, need to test in more complex organisms).
