Using limited supplies

Hi, I managed to get a prescription for 200 mg rapmune whilst on holiday in Turkey.

I was intending to make some into a topical cream, for treating a large facial birthmark, alongside laser - which it can do, but I calculate that It’ll only make 10 ml of 2% cream.

Is 200 mg enough to get anti aging benefits if I just take it orally? That’s super interesting too, and I believe ingesting rapa can also make laser treatment more effective. Thanks.

Topical sirolimus for treating skin condition is 1% at most, so 2% might be too high. Orally, doses people take here range from 1mg-10mg per week, on average. Most people take 6-8mg per week. 200mg orally could last you awhile.
