This looks like a good deal but be sure to checkout gethealthspan’s new blood testing and tracking service. For $40 you get a lot. Of course there is an option get the advanced version for more money if you want.
I am not affiliated with or paid by healthspan but have been a customer and I like them.

@Joseph_Lavelle Interesting. Do you know which lab chain (if any) actually runs the testing back office?
(For Marek it is LabCorp, for Ulta it is (Quest)
(Btw - I also do not have any affiliation with any of these testing companies)

Follow the scheduling link in your confirmation email to find a nearby LabCorp site and book your appointment.
Do you know if they just do the phlebotomy or if they actually run the assays?

99% certain they are contracting with the lab to do everything. Healthspan pays lab. You just make appt and show up. Results sent to Healthspan.

Just booked the Longevity Starter Panel.
Any way I can add a vitamin D or Omega 3 test to it? LabCorp is charging $99 USD just for vitamin D!

@DeStrider I’d go for omegaquant omega 3 and vit d at home testing. Very cost effective. If you get delivery in US, order from my Fullscript site to get a 25% discount.

I agree with @Joseph_Lavelle that omega quant is great and rich - and given that you are taking eze it might be good to a deep dive on all your omegas
The good thing with Ulta is that you can access almost everything that Quest offers. So if you eg want to check your IL-6 you can add that, and so on and so forth
