How to Get UK Prescriptions for Rapamycin and Acarbose?

Does anyone have any UK doctors, private or otherwise, they can recommend to get prescriptions? I’m specifically after Rapamycin and Aacarbose.

I do have a genuine issue with blood glucose regulation - hypoglycemic like crashes after meals - and mild cognitive impairment, so I suspect some underlying glucose issue or diabities.

So far my experiments with Rapamycin have been like night and day in terms of blood sugar regulation, so wanted to find a UK baseGP whos happy to consider prescribing both.
