So I did try eating a bit more hummus last week (having watched this) and my sleep was worse, but that probably was not the hummus (chickpea, trigonelline content). I do quite like a version of moroccan hummus sold in the Co-op in the UK.

It is an interesting hypothesis that I will try again some other time.

I love hummus. A great tasting and relatively healthy food.
