Just listened to the first half of this during my zone 2 cardio this afternoon. The two takeaways that stick out in my mind so far:

  • Rapamycin appears to be protective against sarcopenia.

  • Studies showing exercise is not beneficial for longevity are poor quality mouse data. Exercise may push us closer to the ceiling of human longevity, but probably doesn’t extend that ceiling any higher.
