I copy below one of what will be many videos relating to the longevity bracket. That is an idea from I think Matt Kaeberlein which gives a hook on which to get viewer minutes discussing various longevity interventions. To be honest, however, I don’t think this approach adds that much from a science perspective although as people like contests it will attract some attention.
Hence I am not inclined to get the transcripts and do summaries via any LLM. I don’t have a massive objection to doing this as it does not take a lot of time, but unless people ask me to do it I won’t do it.
