This looks like a very interesting paper on Glycine and its many health facets. I’ve only skimmed through it, as it’s now bedtime :yawning_face:

Quick summary: Glycine is bad for gout but good for cardiovascular and Parkinson’s.

Lots of good ideas here, and lots of speculative mechanisms for metabolic benefits. I think “needs more research” is the quick summary. BTW, I just want to give a thumbs up to elicit.com for summarizing research on any science question through its AI engine.
