The C75, Rapamycin and Quercetin combo

I found this paper regarding Fanconi Anemia interesting.

Since mitochondria and the relative metabolism seem to play a pivotal role in FA, in this work, we treated FA cells with different drugs acting on these metabolic pathways, alone or in combination, to evaluate the interconnection between mitochondrial function, oxidative stress, and lipid metabolism

Of course we also care a great deal about these metabolic pathways in people who don’t have FA .

The only drug of the three that I had never heard of was C75.

If we have a thread on C75 (4-Methylene-2-octyl-5-oxotetrahydrofuran-3-carboxylic acid, I did not find it with the search utility.

Since maintaining healthy mitochondria is one of the great challenges in aging research, perhaps C75 should be in the list of compounds to investigate.
