The blood tests you have to take for safety after starting a new Medication

This thread is not for general purpose blood tests for health or longevity.

This thread is about which blood tests you have to take before, and after starting a longevity medication for safety and while taking it. You can list the medication, what blood test you have to take before and after and why, and if it has to be monitored over time. This can be known biomarkers and less known ones, like ferritin and SGLT2 inhibitors which @adssx have mentioned.

The purpose of this thread is to make a list of what biomarkers are needed before and after starting a medication for safety, not efficacy. Let’s focus on what is published in the literature, even case studies are okay and useful for this purpose.
