Have been using THC for a few years. My sleep, monitored by both Oura ring and Fitbit, has been stellar – usually over 92, rarely below 85. Adequate REM and slow wave sleep almost every night.
I do other things to help – exercise, no food at least three hours before bed and very very rarely have any alcohol.
The product I use is DELTA-8-THC from Cannabis Pharmacy. Half of one 100 mg gummy every night (these are hemp, not marijuana based, much less potent than marijuana. My son has real marijuana gummies and they are much more potent.
I vaped marijuana for a while but it was unpredictable and unpleasant and eventually led to coughing so I quit that. Have “greened out” a few times after a few puffs of a joint-- never want to experience that again.
I know you shouldn’t use long term but these gummies work so well for me. Only slight “high” (can be modulated by how much you take), dependable, no grogginess the next day. So I keep on using. Have tried other things such as Trazadone. THC works best for me.
Anyone using, or thinking about it? Any suggestions?
