Test for reliability of Sirolimus from Kachhela, manufactured by Park Pharma

I just had my blood tested after two days of taking 6mg of the Sirolimus from Kahhela, by Park Pharma. Range indication is from 3.0ng/ml to 20.0ng/ml and mine was .09. The question does that mean my meds are NG or I metabolized the med quickly or that .09 is what one would have taking no meds?

Did you take the Sirolimus with food? Just in my experience I had varied results taking Sirolimus with food…aka the high fat meal. Just one thing to consider.

Also I’ve taken biocon sirolimus and done the labcorp sirolimus testing and compared the results with same dose and same conditions of gethealthspan.com sirolimus. I’ve found inconsistent results with biocon vs gethealthspan.com sirolimus seems to always work and provides consistent blood levels. Also gethealthspan.com sirolimus has produced 15-30% higher blood levels. Just my experience.
So second consideration is that I believe the India brands are somewhat less consistent and less potent.

Sounds like you may have gotten compounded Sirolimus. There was some there, but not much. Compounded Sirolimus is not very bioavailable. Or it could be just a poorly produced med where they didn’t add in enough active ingredient.
