I should get a current test. Last one in 2021 was 5.7 mg/dL. Are you taking any citrate, John? Do you have any noticeable symptoms or benefits from higher pH?
There are a number of interventions where I probably take more than anyone else on a global scale. One is citrate.
The higher pH increases the solubility of urate. When I am not taking extra DNA it tends to be below the 300 UK measurements which is around under 5 mg/dL, but 5.7 is Ok. Urate is an important measurement, however. If it is high that means gout which is a big issue.
The problem is, however, that my benefits are from a global impact of a number of interventions not just citrate. Hence isolating citrate is hard.
John, what form of citrate do you take? I am leary of taking large quantities of potassium citrate.
I wouldnāt go the citrate route as it is a very slippery slope and one really needs to know what they are doing, and perhaps even combine it with other stuff to counter some/any sides from it. Iām sure john knows what heās doing plus he does many other things in tandem, but I would totally advise you to forget once and for good about citrate. FOR SAKE OF YOUR HEALTH AND WELLBEING, JUST DONāT DO IT.
I even sell it in the UK as a mixture of potassium, sodium and magnesium.

Thatās quite entertaining. Why?
Well, it was intended to be funny but there can be truth to funny stories also. I had read somewhere (a while back) in reddit posts of some messed up stories with high doses of citrate (I was searching it for myself when you were hyping it like thereās no tomorrow a while back, on these boards LOL)but whatever I read then it was scary enough because I did buy it (few forms of it) and never dared to even try it. Still haveāem at home LOL. Having said that you tend to be a bit on advanced stages of science research and clearly do certain things (some as weird as hell, but I guess you know what youāre doing) that a layman would be better off not touching. LOL . Basically, thatās all to it.
