Survey Results of 129 Doctors/Health Professionals on Their Longevity Stack

Nice survey collection of longevity practices of health professionals published in LinkedIn article (link below). Broad look at lifestyle, diagnostics, supplements and RX. Many comments on the article also highlighted what this group does personally and what they are, or aren’t, willing to do for their patients. About 5% take Rapamycin which was close to what I found in the stacks I had researched as well.

Very interesting survey.

A lot of interesting stats in the article.
A couple that stood out to me:
“GLP‑1 users: 75% practice intermittent fasting vs 38% of non‑users (p = 0.008, φ = 0.25).”
“48% of statin users also take ezetimibe.”

I found the ezetimibe/statin combo interesting as well. It’s what I do now but I had to convince my doctor to change to this approach versus just a statin (results were great so she’s onboard now). Maybe the longevity doctors will bring the other clinicians along over time.

I didn’t even have to convince my doc to add ezetimibe. As soon as I mentioned it he immediately prescribed.
